Control Panel Login Fails

Hi,


I have been having trouble signing in to X11 hosting from day 1. I gave it time since X11 was having trouble with the SQL DB configuration (according to the tech. support. After a few weeks it was fixed for awhile (I was able to signed in to control panel and set mail configuration), but then a few months later it was completely gone from worse to worst.
If you can help troubleshoot, please....

It has been going for too long. The webpage was probably taken down at your end not knowing that control panel access at user end is unaccessible thus inactive.
