Control Panel Login Issues?

I signed up for the Ad-Free hosting package about 15 minutes ago. I received my email, and I validated my account. However, I cannot connect to the FTP or the cPanel. I am copying and pasting the information in my e-mail. Any clue what is wrong?

My URL is: shoutx.exofire.net
Account Name: shoutx

I'm guessing you got it to work since there is a page at your site now, is this correct?

Yah, I'm now able to get into the FTP as well as the cPanel. Thanks!

Does shoutx.exofire.net load though? I'm having issues accessing that.
