I got this userID as forum username, but i signed up with this id "ursmmk". I am not sure what is wrong actually.

You will need to create a new free hosting account since it looks like you don't have one. (http://x10hosting.com)

I tried doing the same, but still i get this message: "Sorry, you already have a pending hosting account signup under your account. Please log into the account management panel and complete the signup."

Can you not log into the control panel to finish up the hosting signup? Try using the email address and the password you entered when you signed up for hosting.
