Help Please,

I need to update my website information and can't seem to find my cPanel (control panel). I read a post that said go to websitename.x10hosting.com:2082 and you should be able to login, I tried this. I do get a login screen, but when I try to login it does nothing. Looks like it accepts my password but refreshes the screen and goes back to a blank login screen. If I type in the wrong password, on purpose, I do get a login error.

When I login to my accout panel, there is nothing under the hosting menu item that would take me to the cPanel? I have search everywhere and can't seem to find anywhere in my account panel that would take me to the control panel.

Your cPanel link is correct, but the servers are being upgraded/transfered.

Click on "View Details"

It is recommended that you get to cPanel through the "Login to cPanel" button there.

Thanks for your help so far, but when I go to the screen, details, I get a error and don't see any button for "Login into cPanel" there. I have the latest java update.

Well there is obviously a problem with my IE8, because I installed Firefox and on the "Details" page I can see the login into cPanel button. I guess I will be using Firefox for accessing the panel. Thanks everyone for your help...
