Hello, could you please help? We are not able to access cPanel or DirectAdmin. Logging in on the main x10hosting page is not possible, but required. This error message appears: Sign in Successful Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry When logging into DirectAdmin, https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN, the http-address changes to https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/?redirect=yes and this error message appears: The request was made without a referer header and will not be immediately followed. If you wish to follow this URL anyway, click the link to continue with the missing header Name Value Command / redirect yes Thank you in advance!

What browser are you using? I have previously seen this when older versions of Internet Explorer has been in use.
It may also be needed to clear cookies/cache of the browser.
However, right now login to the panel does experience some issue/slowness which means I cannot login to check much either.
