convert old videofiles from sony phone

My father have some old videofiles on a s312 sony-ericsson phone.
He asked me if i could convert then to mpeg or flv
I have ON idea..
Does anyone else ?

You'll need to download the files first to your computer, you'll need a Sony Ericsson USB Cable.

My phone is a 3GP format so I need to convert my files to avi, mp4, wmv etc to download onto a disc or view on computer. So you'll need a Free Video Converter program download. (google the bold type for any freebies)

For the 3GP format to other formats, an old but trusted video conversion software would be the SUPER Video transcoder. It should do the job without needing to jump around with watermarked/shareware software that tends to be prominent in "Free video converter" search results.
