Converting free hosting to PAID hosting

I opened the ticket there in clients.x10hosting.com, the status is showing pending...

will i have to manually move all files from (from free hosting area) free to paid or it will be automatically or its not possible???

Usually how much time does all this transfer from free to paid hosting takes????

I haven't received any reply in paid hosting's ticket, hope to get it soon...
