I see CP gallery in auto installer

but, it also supports media like videos,mp3 uploads from reg. users along with images

Is this any TOS violation

Also a heavy traffic forum or Coppermine gallery bridged forum is a TOS violation?

Hello,

It would be fine provided there was no public upload facility, and that the total size of the images does not exceed 1GB. Also, none of the content could be adult or anything like that.

What is the purpose of uploading mp3? If it's to share to the public or even your members, that's not allowed. That's file hosting. The mp3 must be made by you without any copyright violations. x10hosting is for websites, not trafficking in illegal downloads.
