Coppermine help please

Whenever i try to batch add files it dosent work. I uploaded the photos via ftp client. It says "Click for details or to reload" but when i click it nothing comes up. Someone please help thank you

Without an error it is hard to help. You might want to try getting support from the script creator.

I tried and did what they said but nothing worked

Check the error log in your cPanel and see if it says anything.

There really isn't much we can do without an error.
