I came to see that my account is suspended for Copyright infringement.I don't know why it has been suspended.I have obeyed all the rules of x10 hosting.I would like to know the mistake that I have done so as I won't repeat it again.And I request you to withdraw my suspension as soon as possible.

Copyright infringement falls under x10hosting Zero Tolerance Policy, in which case you will not receive an unsuspension, nor will you be given access to the account or any files/backups on the account.

Account will remain suspended for 14 days, and after that time will be auto terminated.
