Just a question that the copyright infringment brings to my mind. I know x10s got a no-anime thingy so im guessing sites like this arent allowed ? http://dubhappy.com/

Only Anime that you created yourself is allowed as stated in the TOS:

Anime: Copyrighted anime is not allowed on our servers. This includes variations of anime including manga, hentai etc. Also includes any sites that provide links to information about such material. If you created the material yourself, you may host the content on your site.

So does that mean I couldn't put a link on my sight to wikipedia's anime article?

Yes you can do so because Wikipedia's content isn't fully copyrighted. You can view what you're allowed to do with Wikipedia's stuff here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipe...s_Attribution-ShareAlike_3.0_Unported_License (Please note that some images may not be under that license but you should be able to link to the page with the image without problems.)
