Core FTP - Site Access Problem

Hi. I'm having a problem accessing my files from the Core FTP program. I insert my site's URL, the username, the password, then an error comes up with a reason above it.

I would provide the actual error but I have access now. The problem is on and off oddly enough. Apparently there are too many people, a maximum amount of people already on...therefore it doesn't give me access. I'm wondering if this is a common problem and how I can fix this.

What are the settings you are using to connect through FTP.

Server ftp.watchtower.x10hosting.com
Username use your cpanel username
Password : use your cpanel password

If you get any errors post back.

Ok, here is the URL I'm having trouble accessing. I have no trouble accessing this site from the browser, only with Core.

Here is also the error message I keep getting:

Can't establish connection --> watchtower.x10hosting.com:21@Wed Feb 24 21:22:06 2010 (0-2)

Have you tried appending 'ftp.' to your site address?:
ftp.watchtower.x10hosting.com

Cossack's FTP is up, so you should be able to access it with the correct info.

I've just had a go at it and it didn't seem to change anything; the error still exists.

Odd, the error is about not being able to connect, not wrong username\password.
I guess trying ftp.cossacks.x10hosting.com couldn't hurt.

Just try cossacks.x10hosting.com

ftp.cossacks.x10hosting.com will not work...
