Corporate Account Suspended

Hi, my friend bought me a corporate account as a gift but he hasn't been online lately. And today the account was suspended and i'd like to know the reason. If its failure for payment i understand but please let me login just once more so i can backup all my files.

The problem is, i don't have access to that account because a friend of mine is paying for it and he doesn't want to expose his address and stuff like that. I would contact him but he isn't replying to my emails.

Well there's not much we can do then; it's under his name so he's the one who has to handle the problems with it right now.

Theres no way? What if you cold provide all account details for that account?

e.g All domains on account previous password, etc.

Even if you could provide us with all the account details, here is the free hosting support section. We cannot give support to paying customers as it is a different system with other staff overseeing it. Try logging in to client.x10hosting.com with the account email address and the password and posting a support ticket.

You are requesting for information which you are not entitled to. The person who is in charge of the account can be the only one who is able to access that account, other than that, we will not be able to help you.
