Corporate Banner

The coding is really starting to aggrivate me. When you use IE on my site, and try to enter the forums about 80% of the time, the banner will make the page redirect to http:///, which of course, is an invalid link. I've tried everything, and I've come to no conclusion.

Is there another code somewhere I can use? This code is just getting ridiculous.

Works fine in both IE and FF for me I tried a bunch of times too

Ok well the Corporate banner doesn't seem to work in IPB and vBulletin. I need a tutorial for both if possible. It would also be nice if they would make a javascript code (one that actually works!) for the Corporate banner so people running IPB or vBulletin could not get their account terminated!
