How long would it take for my stuff to be transfered if I bought a static paid plan and the Platinum add on rite now???

Thats not quite true. They are not always down. But as free servers, and having a lot of people that abuse the system, it seems we are always one step behind them.

I believe the account creation is instant, but to transfer your stuff, no. One, we'd have to get the server back online to get your files, then transfer it over.

I wasn't trying to sound rude nor was I trying to be rude about saying the servers are always down i should have worded that different.

Im curious how people abuse the servers , I dont know anything about that and I guess its inevitable when you offer free hosting because its so easy for anyone to get.

In my original post I was actually making sure I didnt do anything to the server because as soon as I tried to delete something on Virtuemart everything frooze then the server went down a minute after.

Its alright.

No. I doubt it was anything you have done. The abuse that we normally see are proxies being hosted, crons being run every minute, backups on entire accounts every 1-2 minutes, running scripts that take up server resources, etc.

Our paid servers are used by less people, have less issues and are rarely down.

Corey is the one that handles account transfers and signups for paid accounts. It usually takes just some hours for accounts to be transferred and upgraded.
If you buy a paid service, you'll get an e-mail when your account has been transferred and upgraded.
