(cossacks) Down again

In the up/down topic it says http is up but in cpanel it says it's down so I'm not sure why the server is down, however the server goes down many time a day I hope someone can look into why this keeps happening. Trust me this is still the best service I have seen with all it's features but I would just like to have better uptime.

The server is currently up and running. People do review why it goes down and do endevor to prevent it where possible.
