Cossacks Webmail is slow and has error

Well Cossacks Server is fine and a little bit slow today.. There is a problem with the Webmail. I can't access and has an error. even the cPanel is taking so long to load.

Cossacks members are currently being transferee to another server. They probably deactivated the webmail on Cossacks for transfers.

This is correct, cPanel and other features on this server will be slow while the transfers take place, you may get errors and you may not even be able to access the server at all at times. (Shouldn't be the case though.)
