Could not send command to fzputtyzen

Hi..

I am trying to generate .ppk file from a private key and I input all the server details, but when I click "Save" on the new window to save .ppk file, it is giving error as " Could not send command to fzputtyzen". Please suggest.

What are you trying to do? x10 free hosting does not support SSH and I'm 99% sure they only support plain/non-secure FTP.

I'm trying to SFTP to a server through Filezilla, that is where I got that error.
