could not sign in and has been writing to support

there was an error blocked me to sign in, I wrote a clear email to support and got one reply saying he fixed the issue and i will never have problem again, but I tried log in my account and the issue never got fixed, then every two or three days i wrote a request help to fix sign in issue but no one reply anymore. I build a complete site took a lot of time, what should I do, if they dont respond my email to fix sign in. Please guide me. thanks
