Could not view CPanel and Account Panel

I am login in successfully - but could not able to see the cpanel link and Accountpanel link. Pls, let me know how to access CPanel and Account Panel.

Try this http://server.x10hosting.com:2082/ ( Where server is your server name like Chopin,Starka etc)
If get connection time out error then try again later.Its due to server migration
