About 3 weeks ago, I could not access my site (http://joshyworld.elementfx.com/) or cpanel, or account panel, only the forums. The forums said that upgrades were happening and free hosting would be down for a couple of days, so I didn't worry about it then. About a week ago, I posted a forum thread about the issue, and someone said "My site had the old IP of chopin, and they would notify staff". Since then, the Account Panel started working again. When I logged in, I went to the hosting page and saw a message explaining that I did not have a hosting account because of either, inactivity (I used my site nearly every day), breaching Terms of Service (I am highly sure I hadn't done this, I used the site for my own web pages), or I never had an account (but I did). So I would really appreciate some help with this, Thanks.
