Couldn't add sub account

I have seen video tutorial of Add FTP Account. I have tried to create "public_html" directory as shown in video tutorial, but failed in creating "public_html" or any other directory. The message shows "Account Created Successfully" but while doing "Go Back" it could not be seen in "Account Management".
How can I create my "public_html" directory?

public_html dir is already there in your account, Go to cPanel and then click on file manager. There you can see this dir.

Did you deleted this dir by mistake?
