countries restricted?

I would like at least to keep the account countries remove the filter twice a month, I register from Spain and now I'm in another country which will not let me enter the control panel.

Please, I'd like you to come to an agreement ...

For safety & security of all members, x10 has a requirement that you must access your account from the country you register in.
