i can not see any services matching your forum name.

you say you have an old account, has it been signed into within the last 30 days ?
as its required to sign in at least once every 30 days to avoid suspension then deletion.

and what is the exact reason it is blacklisted?

maybe staff can answer why your country is blacklisted.
