Dear x10hosting staff,

I have tried to open an account before but without success. I am in Phuket-Thailand and I would like to open a free account with you. I know it needs to be handled by staff but during my last conversation the thread was closed and escalated to a support ticket (which it already was). I didnt have any chance to access the link to this support site and so I try again. Who is willing to help me with opening an account. I know it needs to be handled by staff for Thailand so who is there to give me a helping hand?

When the staff gets to your escalated support ticket, an email should get to you with their response. Just reply to that email to correspond.
