Why is my country suddenly on the blocked list?
I have been using your service for half a year, without any problems.
I tried to login yesterday and I got the following message:



An error has been detected and your request could not be processed.​

Please see error details below

Country Code Blocklisted​

Your country is not supported at this time. New accounts cannot be created by users from this country. Technical support team members cannot bypass this restriction. Please try again at a future date. Existing account holders, read below.


All issues that are listed above must be resolved before this error will clear including waiting 24 hours for temporary blocks to expire. Requests to clear blocks before the temporary 24 hour expiration or the rule violation is corrected will not be processed. If you believe this error is incorrect, you can request a review on Discord or the Community Forum. Your error code is E43380DB2E39B0AD0.

its possible your ip address us part of a group of ip's
which were added to the blocklist resulting in your issue.

only a website admin can change that if possible.
as it says technical support can not change it.

Some of the links you provided are irrelevant to your problem. There is no problem with the system in this instance. The system is working as intended to block access from countries where free services are not allowed at this time. Since you are an existing, an exception can be added for your account to continue to allow you access.

You should now have access.
The list of blocked countries is constantly evaluated and countries are being added as needed, this means that from one day to another you may see this. We always set an exception to accounts that was created before the block and that are currently complying with our ToS
