CP login problem

Hello.
On my login to my CPanel the login was not successful and i can login on the main hosting page. I have changed the password of the CPanel login but I couldn't login with the new password too. Please inform me if there is some problem or if there is other procedure for CPanel login. My web address is kristaldent.x10.bz, and my email is mobfors@yahoo.com

In my confirmation email says: cPanel can be accessed through our account panel or by using the following URL:
https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083, but I'm usually login from the main link http://x10hosting.com/control. from there i can log in to forum automatically but can't log into my CPanel from my main hosting management site. From cpanel login I have changed my password, get the confirmation on my email but also can't use my new password. With the new password can login only in to main account manager panel..

i have PM you my cPanel username, i can log into main account manager panel with this username..
