Cpanel - Access Denied

I am trying to access my cpanel, and I am getting access denied everytime. I have tried changing the password. Did my information change and I'm not aware of it? Did my username change???

Please help!!!

Your cPanel username is yana. Has your password change request gone through? They are put in a queue and you can tell when they are finished from the Account Panel: http://x10hosting.com/control/
