cPanel access error

Hello,

I got this error whenever I try to access cPanel

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

When I try to access my folder with Filezilla, it shows error.


in addition, my wp contents is not accessible (http://ancova.x10.mx/wp/):

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 90 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from termination was made for these accounts.
