Hello,
I might be in the same situation. I think though I paid you a few years ago to have this requirement to visit every 30 days waived (and it has been working for a few years).
Can you please let me know the status of my account (romansh)?

What happened is Prime membership was offered for a while as a subscription fee, but then it was eventually stopped (probably due to not enough people signing up). After 2015, all the Prime accounts were not able to be renewed and not charged. If you did get a charge after 2015, please let us know but do not post anything else. An admin will have to review at that point.

So, after 2015, Prime members were given Prime for free, but it didn't exist anymore, so they were really just regular free members. In December, these regular users were put on regular servers with all the other free users. Since the login requirement now existed for the ex-Prime users, the rules were enforced and these accounts were removed according to the login requirement.

From this point on, as a free member you will have to log in once every 30 days (not once a month). FTP logins and forum logins do not count. Only logins to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main count. Email reminders were sent in the past, but please keep your own reminder as emails are generally a bad system since they get junked and blocked.

I'm requesting an admin look at your account for restoration. You should hear back in a day or so.

I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

To add to Garrets information, prime was paid for yearly and not a one time fee.
