does any one have an answer to this ? i really could do with access to config my site as it only show the default index.html at the mo, but without access on standard web port (80) & (443) i wont be able to configure unless i use a internet cafe and i would rather not lol.....

do admin look at these ?
Edit:
sorry forgot to add my site is http://jf.x10hosting.com and the url i am using to access cpanel is http://jf.x10hosting.com/cpanel this is then redirected to the following url and port (http://jf.x10hosting.com:2082/) and the message im getting is

" Status : 504 Gateway Time-Out

Description : Unable to connect to origin Web server.

Note : If necessary, please contact your Systems Administrator for resolution."

i think is the corp proxy im on as it blocks all ports in and out and that is why im after access on standard web ports (http:80 & https:443)

thanks.

I'm sorry, but we can't manage that.
cPanel uses port 2082. You should have this port enabled to be able to access cPanel.
