I currently cannot access my cpanel, as the login page rejects my password. I have tried using the change password feature to update it, but the request fails.
Could you please reset my password so I can access my cPanel.

EDIT: Additionally, I cannot FTP in also. I suspect I will need a backup restoring, as it seems my webspace is content-less.
