How do I get access to this account: marketing.elementfx.com
user name is "benonin" - do not tell me to reset the password, I did it a couple of times. my email is inmarex@gmx.com

Yes I can get access to that location. I am an IT pro. This site is dead since I opened it.

The site name is marketing.elementfx.com

Under Hosting Account Management, I have:
Login to cPanel and Login to Webmail
When I click on Login to cPanel it shows: Login Attempt Faild !

Do we have to delete it and start over again ? What is wrong the site or the user name ?

Okay. What's going to be best is to get an admin to reset your password manually. I will see if I can get someone to change it for you. Don't post any passwords here, they'll probably PM you.

Before I do that, I can see from traceroute that your site is on Boru? Just confirm that the URL in the address bar is boru.x10hosting.com:2083.......and so on?
