I can't seem to log onto the cPanel. It asks my login username and password, I've used both my email and my forum account user name with the main login password, then done the video word pass, but I can't get it. I do log in successfully to the hosting page, but not the cPanel. I did change my password here on the hosting panel, but I've tried to login to the cPanel with my old password as well to no avail.
