Cpanel account created but x10 not

Hello. After signing up to your service under the name velyks I waited for the confirmation email only to recieve this:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry that username (velyks) is taken. check /etc/passwd (code create_1)​

But moments later I recieved another email stating that all of my cpanel and subdomains had been created.

It looks as though all of the cpanel stuff went through fine but the x10hosting account creation triped and fell.

Is it possible to get this remidied as I'd like to upgrade my PHP if possible.

It appears everything was done correctly.
You should be able to login at http://x10hosting.com/account using your forum username and password and upgrade your PHP to intermediate.
