CPanel Account Login Details

I have lost my CPanel account username and password. Is there anyway of finding out what it is?

If you login to your account panel (http://x10hosting.com/login.php - same user name and password as here) you will have all information listed, except password.
However through a link in the right hand menu you can change your password to a new one, you do not need to know your old password to do this, but you need to know the answer to your security question.
