cPanel...again

Ok now even though it shows the cPanel being online I can not log in to it... I haven't been able to access it at all...

http://paulsfirstphp.exofir.net is where the site should...

My url for the cPanel brings up a 'Server not Found' error

Server not found it not the same as connection refused ..

You can always connect to your cpanel with http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

Ok, well now it continues to say Login Attempt Failed, but I entered the correct information.
