cPanel almost ALWAYS down....

Just some feedback ...

75% of the time I try to access my cPanel, it's down.... or the mail server is down and I can't log in to any mail client.

I really enjoy my account except for the downtime

This downtime is occupying because of ongoing maintenance to upgrade the server system. We happen to also be moving datacenter in the process.
