cpanel and ccount username not working

My username for my hosting account is reno84, but my cpanel is smyers but now it's not working Any ideas?

According to your forum account your cpanel name is smyers

Thank you fedlerner! Why is it that the cpanel will not sometimes log me in? It will refuse it and say invalid login

Yeah I can, it just says the username does not exist a lot. Not sure why :-/

Are you using the cPanel username and password to login to the cPanel?
