Cpanel and databases down on my site

I have been waiting patiently for you guys to work through the problems but my site still remains down

I can't login into the control panel to check the database settings.

Regarding the cPanel issue, login to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control and reset your password: tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
