Cpanel and Email Downage

Aloha,
both cpanel and email have been not responding for 2 days now.

Please advise.

Try this:
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

The cpanel now works but still no e-mail. I delete the account and remade. Still no luck

What program are you using for email? Can you explain in more detail what errors you are getting with you email?

Im using outlook 2007.

E-mail functioned correctly until about 24 hours ago. But now I get a username/password error. I was finally able to enter the cpanel after your instructions and i remade the account but still no luck. Even with the correct information, i get either a username/password error or i get a server timeout.

Also webmail interface does not allow access as well.

I have more information about the e-mail not functioning.

If i create a base account (not using the parked domain) i am able to get into the webmail interface but, when i click on a webmail program (horde for example) I get:

A fatal error has occurred

DB Error: connect failed

Details have been logged for the administrator.


My e-mails are being lost and cannot be retrieved for over 48 hours now. Please fix.

Horde is just an interface to the backend email, it should not affect your actual Emails just the access to them.

Can you PM me login details to an Email account you're using?

Well, it has been over 4 days since i had access to my e-mail. I have gotten limited response. I understand this is free hosting and i knew there would be purchaseable upgrade (which i took advantage of) but before i could even get my website working, there was a 2 day downage and now a 4 day downage. I will be canceling my account and want my money back.
