Cpanel And FTP Issues

I am tryin to access my new account but I am unable to login with the details provided in the signup email:

Username: antec
Password: XXXXXXXXXXX

Domain: clansp.pcriot.com

When I try to connect via CuteFTP it says my Username and/or Password is incorrect, same when I try to login to Cpanel.


Any help on this issue would be great.
