Cpanel and FTP login

I just registered and tried to log in to both my ftp account and my cpanel.

FTP:
I use FTP live so firstly, whats the server address? and what do I log in as?

Cpanel:
I have put my details in correctly but it always says:
Login Attempt Failed!

Help please!

Your server address for FTP is above, your username for FTP and cPanel is amy
