CPanel and FTP Logins Fail

I've tried to log into my CPanel and FTP to my domain, both give me errors saying that authentication failed. I've reset my password using the Account Panel and still get the same result. Any ideas?

Did you trying ussing "kcraver" like username?
Remember that your forum account and account panel is not the same that your cpanel.

Yes, that is the account name I have tried to log in with, not the same one I use for the forum and Account Panel.
