cpanel and ftp not working

I got this when logging onto cpanel

Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at /home/shyguy on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Almost same error on FTP uploading. Disk full. How is that when I am brand new and haven't even uploaded yet?

Due to current issues with the server, the disk is full. We are working on this issue right now, its going to take alittle time to complete.
