cPanel and Hosting problems

When I try to open my webpage, the following message appears on screen: Your Hosting Account is Suspended, but when I login to the Account Management Panel, it doesn't show any problems.

Also, I cannot login to cPanel, it says: Login Attempt Failed!

Help, please.

I'm escalating this ticket so that staff can help solve this problem. Your account is not suspended, but the suspension page is showing up anyway.
