cPanel and MySQL access

Hi, been a while since the last changes and unfortunatly for me, I still don't have access to cPanel and MySQL won't work. Can you please look into that? Thanks alot.

Please reset your cPanel password through Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control and then try again.

Where you are getting MySQL error?

I've resetted my password to no avail. Then I realised it might be because I'm trying to access from work and for obscure reasons, the Sys.Admin. is blocking whatever protocol cPanel uses.

As for MySQL, I merely meant that my site won't connect to it.

Solution seems to be:
1. Login from home, if all ok, continue, if not ask for help, again.
2. Check server, username/password and permissions registered for MySQL in the cPanel.
3. Make sure the DB actually still exists :frown:.
