cPanel and Server probLem...

I have a problem with my cPanel it shows error, I mean stuck while loading...

And in my Server is getting down every 3-5 minutes approximately but surely... My editing is always having a delay or cut...

Please help me in my aCcount...

But my cPanel server is down not...
