I can't access cPanel or my site without lagging. I tried Firefox and Google Chrome and I restarted my computer. I even cleared cache, cookies, etc. Can anyone help me access cPanel?

Thanks in advance,
~ Paint.

You are not the only one reporting problems with boru, I'll see what I can do.

Thanks, xav. I don't know if this helps, but I got this error when attempting to establish a connection via my FTP client, in order to remotely access my file manager.

421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry

Scratch that- 42,150? Not sure about that.

Anyway, thanks for the fast reply! :D

ftp error 421 means that the connection was closed. 50 is the number of users, maximum, at one time.

Ah. So that means it allows only 50 people at a time for FTP on the Boru server? Sorry, I don't know how that works. :p Any updates on Boru? Is it just lag?

I believe that some work is being made on boru, but I'll have to confirm.

Yes, all the servers have a maximum of 50 users connected at any given time.

Upgrades? :D

Ah, alright, thanks for the update. :)

Edit: Wow, that sucks, since there's probably x50 people on each server than the limit allows. Thanks for the heads-up. :)

I don't know yet if it's upgrade, or server failure, but it should not last, staff is aware.

As for the FTP user limit, we hardly ever meet that limit. Even though there are thousand of accounts on each servers, there is hardly never 50 users uploading or downloading content from FTP at the same time. Keep in mind that there is also an HTTP file manager that most users use, and there is no limit for that.

I lost access to the forums for a second. Alright.

I'd expect the 50 limit to be reached frequently. Wow. :O

Wait, what? The "Boru Offline" topic says that they're clearing everything! I need to get a backup of my site. T_T

Corey said for Boru users to backup all files. I managed to do so via FTP, but I can't access cPanel at all. How do I download my databases, etc. if I can't access cPanel and thus, phpmyadmin? Thanks in advance,

~ Paint.

Edited: I managed to access phpmyadmin without cPanel and the login. I backed up MYSQL databases. This thread can be closed.
