CPanel and Website down

Hi there,
I was working on revamping my website today and at a certain point the CPanel access through my login page (thus file manager), and FTP access, plus the actual website itself are timing out. I can still login to x10hosting but clicking "Open CPanel" times out.

The x10hosting server it's telling me to connect to is x13.x10hosting.com. Is that down, or is it just my account?

Your site appears to be working for me at this time. Your server is x13 and it is up. Please reply if you have any further issue.

I took a look, the most common reason for both DA and site to reach time out is the IP being blocked by firewall, but the IP you posted from here is not currently blocked. I did check a couple more that you according to our logs have been logging in from previously, neither of them were blocked.

Is this still a problem?
